REFUND POLICY

At Sawhney Technologies LLC ("Kairo"), we want you to be satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may receive a refund for your subscription.

1. 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

If you are a new subscriber to a paid plan (Pro or Pro+), you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked. This guarantee applies only to your first subscription period and is available once per account.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • First-time subscribers within the 30-day money-back guarantee period
  • Billing errors where you were charged incorrectly or for a plan you did not authorize
  • Service unavailability where Kairo was substantially unavailable for an extended period during your billing cycle due to issues on our end
  • Duplicate charges where you were charged more than once for the same billing period

3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, please contact us at contact@circuitpilot.dev with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • The date of the charge
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Any relevant transaction or receipt IDs

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • Your account will revert to the Free tier at the end of the paid period
  • Your designs and project data will remain accessible on the Free tier, subject to Free tier usage limits

Cancellations do not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us using the process described above.

5. PRORATED REFUNDS FOR ANNUAL PLANS

If you are on an annual subscription and cancel after the 30-day money-back guarantee period, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription. Prorated refunds are calculated based on the number of full months remaining in your annual term and are issued at our discretion.

6. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following charges are not eligible for refund:

  • Usage-based overage charges for AI generation, simulation, or export usage that has already been consumed
  • Additional seats on Pro+ plans that were actively used during the billing period
  • Subscription renewals beyond the 30-day money-back guarantee period (unless otherwise eligible under Section 2)

7. REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been initiated

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before taking effect.
